Submitting the contact form or sending email does not create a client relationship. Paid work begins only when both parties agree in a written statement of work or similar contract. Those documents control scope, fees, timelines, and responsibilities.

Do not send protected health information (PHI) or other regulated clinical data through the website. If a future engagement requires PHI, we will use agreed, contractually controlled channels.

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that impairs service, or submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content. We may refuse or stop responding to inquiries that appear abusive or automated.

The Optikode name, logo, site design, and website copy are owned by Optikode or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission. Any work product delivered under a client contract is governed by that contract, not by these website terms.

The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that descriptions of services will meet a particular clinical or commercial need. Healthcare technology results depend on client systems, data, staffing, and regulatory context.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optikode is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or from an inquiry. Liability related to a paid engagement is defined in that engagement’s contract.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
